What is the Ideal Client for Adams Edge Marketing?
We love this question! The reason is every business has their IDEAL client. If you aren’t sure who your ideal client is, Adams Edge will help with that! Clients at Adams Edge Marketing come to us for a variety of reasons. While Adams Edge has a lot of services we offer, we know that each client and their business is unique. Our ideal client is one who knows what their goals are (more web traffic, branding, guidance through a rebranding or web redesign, more revenue, etc.) and then is open to the strategies put forth by Adams Edge to reach those goals.
Do You Have Packages of Services so we can save money?
Every single client is so unique that when offering packages it has seemed we never quite fit the needs of all our clients. It takes time to set up a package deal – so we did the next best thing. We find out what your needs actually are and from there we find a way to cut the regular price based on the amount of work you need and what similar activities we can work on. Essentially, each service we provide requires hours of expert work performed. If your needs are similar in scope and we can combine them in a fashion that would make the work quicker and more efficient – we try to package those to save you money. We’ve found that by doing this, each client gets a better price than they would if they were to purchase a package which usually included items not always needed. We do on occasion have exceptions to this. At times we offer packages on Social Media and for Content Marketing.
Do you give out FREE consultations?
We offer a 20 minute “Get to know us” consult. You speak with Tara Adams, Owner, CEO and Chief Strategist by setting up a mutually agreed upon phone chat. Ahead of time there will be a list of questions emailed to you so you can make the most of that time. To inquire about your FREE 20 minute “get to know us” consult, please visit our Contact Us page. As you can imagine 20 minutes goes by fast when talking about all of the different ways you can increase your web traffic and increase your revenue. Most all 20 minute consults turn into a 1 hour phone consultation whereby you get a complete analysis of your website from the on-page optimization needs to performance and user friendliness to off-page SEO or Search Engine Optimization and how your website can improve certain areas. Usually the client walks away with an idea of what Adams Edge Marketing would recommend for better results. Occasionally we get a client who needs no improvement on their website. When this happens we let the client know and make any recommendations we can that may or may not involve Adams Edge Marketing.
We’ve started a new company and we don’t have a lot of money, do you work out payment plans?
We LOVE start ups and entrepreneurs starting out! That said, a lot of the work we do can add up financially. While what we offer will be an investment in many ways for your website and your business – and will remain a great investment – our work is not INSTANT 🙁 Please go to our Contact Us page, ask for your FREE 20 minute “Get to know us” consult and we can let you know if we may be able to help in your budget range. A lot of what we do, you can do. It may be that you just need some great training so you or your team can do some of the work. We have clients who begin with us for 1 – 2 services and as our efforts bring in more revenue, they begin to ask for more services so they can get back to doing what they do best, take care of THEIR clients!
How long do I have to sign up for?
Adams Edge Marketing typically offers services on a month-to-month basis. In certain instances, to best meet the needs of our clients and their budgets, we will propose an agreement that could be 3-6-9 or 12 months long. Adams Edge Marketing has very happy clients and we are very interested in keeping each client very happy. If you were to sign an agreement that extended beyond month-to-month, we would allow a time period for you to let us know what you’re not happy with OR more typically a client has personal financial issues that prevent them from continuing – and we will work with you to help end the agreement early. Our extended agreements are usually made to accommodate a client who needs a lot of work but cannot afford to pay up front for all the costs.
What is so different about Adams Edge Marketing?
We love this question too! Our difference is that we are behind you looking out for you. We do what a lot of other companies say they do at a competitive price. We do right by our clients by knowing each person we work with to achieve your goals. By working with only the best in their industry, we make sure you get the best results. Everyone working on your account is working from the United States and providing jobs right here. As our client you get PERSONALIZED service. This is why we only accept 2 new clients a month as we each work personally to set up the client in our system and to make sure reporting is set up and we give each new client the time they need to understand what is going to happen.
I don’t understand how what you do helps my website or business online. I don’t really want to have to do any of this but I have family telling me this is important. Will you make this make sense to me?
This is a common question! Adams Edge has had a lot of clients who really just want to do what they do, sell what they sell and just not deal with all this social media or marketing madness. We get it – we really do. The truth is you are running a business in a time period where stores in the physical world of reality made out of brick and mortar are possibly going away. Stores that do have a physical presence statistically do more business online.
There’s a whole study and “movement” out there in the marketing world talking about the Zero Moment of Truth. What it basically says is that – STATISTICALLY speaking – most people these days check their phones or other mobile devices for review or information to help them make a purchase or use a service. What does this mean to you? You need to have not just an online presence (website, social media, blog, etc.) but a presence that competes with others who already have “set up shop” online.
Your website is the store window of yesteryear. The content – or information – you include in your website is the store inside where the products or services are rendered (in yesteryear) and the SEO or Search Engine Optimization everyone talks about is the Store Front of your store. Adams Edge Marketing will be working to make sure your store (website) is seen in front of everyone who is desperately looking for your product or service but going elsewhere because you haven’t turned the lights on (hired us!).
We meet our clients where they are at. Some of our clients have been using some form of marketing agency for years and know what they need and are looking for. We enjoy those clients because they know we offer value. We have had clients who don’t understand why they need us but was told they did by someone they trusted. We enjoy this client as well and for this client, we make sure they understand where they are at from an online perspective (and use as many analogies as necessary!) and help them understand what we will be doing. Many of the clients who really don’t care for some of the technical jargon or even the analogous breakdown talk to us to gain the trust they are looking for and then choose to go with us because again , we have your back. You don’t expect to go to a mechanic and come out understanding all about engines. You DO expect – and rightfully so – to come out knowing you spent your money wisely and the car will run great when the mechanic is finished.
